These terms govern the use of our website real-dubai.com. We provide our brokerage services exclusively on the basis of a separate, written brokerage agreement.

These terms apply to the use of the website. By using the website, you agree to them.
2. Brokerage services
The website itself does not create a brokerage agreement. Before we act for you as a real estate broker, we conclude a written brokerage agreement in line with the requirements of the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) in Dubai. Services, commission and all other terms are set out exclusively in that agreement.
The free strategy call is non-binding and does not commit you to anything.
3. Website content
Our content - such as guides, FAQs, market data and sample calculations - is for general information only. It does not constitute legal, tax or investment advice and does not replace advice on your individual situation.
We prepare our content carefully and cite our sources. However, laws, fees and market conditions can change. We therefore give no guarantee that the content is accurate, complete or up to date. Information on properties, prices and availability is non-binding.
4. Permitted use
You may use the website for your personal information. In particular, you may not:
- use the website for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others,
- pretend to be REAL DUBAI, one of our employees or any other person,

Our website contains links to third-party websites, for example to authorities or sources. We have no influence over their content; the respective operator alone is responsible for it. No legal violations were apparent at the time of linking.

The laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates apply. The place of jurisdiction is Dubai.
